YOU MUST CURRENTLY SERVE AS COO IN HEALTHCARE SaaS/HCIT COMPANY OR AS CEO OF A MID-SIZE HEALTHCARE SaaS COMPANY

Large healthcare information and electronic communication management company is seeking a Chief of Staff - COO - to be the Right Hand to the CEO to build and run the company's operating system - from strategies to accountability to day-to-day operations. Must be able to prioritize, interface with Board Members, delegate and work with partners at all C-levels.

Requirements:

• 20 plus years of healthcare SaaS/HCIT including COO level or above
• PMO//portfolio governance
• KPI design
• P&L experience
• Board/PE experience
• Willing to reside in Salt Lake City 3-4 days per week - travel as needed
• MBA required - Lean/Six Sigma a plus
• RCM Clearinghouse knowledge a plus

Income - Base - $240,000 - $310,000 plus Bonus and Equity option based on experience
